Freedom Skate @ Roebling Wire Works
675 S Clinton Avenue
Trenton's skate park at the Roebling Wire Works building is the only indoor skate park in the state of New Jersey. Practice your tricks, learn about the skate park effort, and welcome the new season! Freedom provides a safe space for skaters of all ages and experience levels to practice their skills and build friendships, no matter the weather. Join us for the kickoff of our 2019-2020 Trenton Winter Skateboarding Program. Bring your own equipment, or feel free to use one of our "free rental" helmets and boards.
71 Clark Street
Located in a newly renovated, 1917 factory building, Roebling Gallery focuses on artworks that complement urban spaces. We support emerging and newly established artists, connecting local artists to the regional art scene, and vice versa.
Our exhibits rotate monthly, with an opening reception on the First Friday of every month, from 5 to 8 PM.
Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK)
72 1/2 Escher Street
TASK is focused on fulfilling fundamental needs of the community, which includes feeding people, but also encouraging arts and music by providing space and supplies and positive atmosphere. There will be live music performed by our in-house band 'The Funktasktiks,' as well as live poetry and art demonstrations. There will also be original art on display and crafts for sale made by soup kitchen patrons.
Trenton Photo Club @ Mill Hill Saloon
300 S Broad St
The Mill Hill Saloon's monthly First Fridays art/music happening is on Art All Day Saturday in November! The Mill is one of the city's main creative hubs -- the place to go for good food, a drink, music, and - for the past year - monthly First Friday art shows.
For Art All Day: the Trenton Photo Club, Trenton's urban photography collective, will exhibit photography work; and DJ Flea Market spins from 12-5.
