Alia Benslimane

Alia is a fine artist known for intricate drawings and paintings inspired by her Tunisian heritage, as well as a jewelrymaker. Join her ALL DAY for live demonstrations in the Artworks classroom on how to make handmade watercolors made out of spices, tea and eggshells. Her newest work, “Clean Slate: The Unforgotten”, which was commissioned by Passage Theatre Company for their new play “Clean Slate” by David Lee White and Kate Brennan, will be on display in the main gallery! Also available for sale will be Alia's handmade jewelry -- made out of recycled magazine papers -- and her very limited edition prints.
